Small Steps 2026: Let's Move Together<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We decided to merge all active MASP projects into one project called Small Steps 2026<\/strong>Active projects cover everything from psychological and physical rehabilitation of children to vocational training and inclusive employment, as well as financial support for the most vulnerable families. In addition, the Association promotes circular economy initiatives, the distribution of essential goods, and programs aimed at developing independence and daily living skills in young people with disabilities. We deeply believe that even A small act, when shared with others, can lead to real change.<\/strong>We want to take small steps, inviting everyone who wants to contribute\u2014even from a distance\u2014to join us. With your support, every small step becomes an opportunity for growth, inclusion, and hope for those who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choir of the Center<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For four years now, the children from the Center have been singing together in the choir\u2014an activity that generates great interest and enthusiasm every year. Rehearsals are held weekly. The children sing in various languages, including Italian, often without being able to read: they memorize each song by ear. The choir clearly demonstrates how, with the right guidance and support, children can display amazing talents. The repertoire is diverse and impressive: from songs by Paolo Amelio, such as "La Preferenza," and songs by Ultimo, to tunes from Soviet cartoons, contemporary songs, and traditional Kazakh songs. In December, our pianist friend Andrea visited us\u2026 and perhaps we'll get a piano to accompany the choir's rehearsals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gift can be much more than an object: it's a smile, a hug, and a sign of hope. Every year during the Christmas season, we're amazed by the dedication of some of the company employees who prepare gifts for our children at the Center. It's these employees who carefully select gifts, thoughtfully tailored to each child. This thoughtfulness reaches right into the homes of families experiencing moments of loneliness, bringing warmth and joy, especially during Christmas and New Year's. We see how this small gesture can spark a huge smile of hope in our families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gesture that changes lives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The family of Violetta, a special girl who celebrated her 18th birthday last November, defied all expectations and received a wheelchair thanks to government funding. Unfortunately, Violetta is no longer able to leave her home due to health reasons, and the wheelchair was not the right size for her. Moved by gratitude and concern, the family decided not to sell the wheelchair but to donate it to another boy supported by the MASP distance adoption project. The boy lives with his mother, who left the family to escape violence. Their life was full of difficulties and hardships, and the wheelchair opened up new possibilities: now the child can move beyond his ground-floor room and experience a little freedom. The gift arrived just in time for the New Year. Special thanks also go to Caritas, which helped with transporting the wheelchair and made this act of care and solidarity possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
