Purchase and delivery information
Orders placed online are processed on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00
Orders placed online can be paid by bank trasfer according to the smart pay sistem.
We accept cash payments only at our Center located at st. Bogenbai Batyr 318, when you choose the option «collection on site».
In Almaty:
We make the delivery through the courier service Yandex.Go, according to the courier fare, after the confirmation of the order and payment. For orders with amount to less than 20 000 tenge, delivery in the city is free.
In Kazakhstan:
Delivery costs are calculated individually, from 2000 tenge. The payment for delivery can be made directly to the courier upon receipt or on the delivery service website. The order is paid by bank transfer using the smart pay system.
